Hillside & Benchland Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon

Doesn't get much better than this! Tried first at Tannin.

Blackberry, cassis, raspberry, mocha, vanilla, eucalyptus, licorice and oak. Great structure and well-integrated tannins.

Lighter bodied cab with fruit. Good at price point.

Solid red no more no less

Last in the ladder of 2010 to 2013.

Black Currant, Blackberry with hints of moss, earth and mint. A touch of spice. Reasonably smooth but could use some additional bottle age.

Excellent wine

Cherries and licorice initially on the nose and very acidic as well. Sour cherry, cranberry and oak flavor with a long finish. Smooth tannins, I like this one a lot.
