Paired with bbq lamb chops marinated in olive oil infused with rosemary, Basel, black pepper, garlic and sea salt. Heavenly!

Dec 18th, 2020Rich and earthy, subtle black currant, nicely rounded and with good tannin balance. This is what I think of as classic, refined Cabernet Sauvignon. Loved it.

Oct 14th, 2019Drinking young again- decanted an hour or do. Much more structure than the pahlmeyer merlot we had. Solid tannins but very approachable. Classic napa valley cab with black currant, oak and a tough of graphite.
