Oak, a nice clean mouth feel. After aeration it releases the light red fruit.

간만에 마시는 카베르네소비뇽 100%, 오픈한 순간부터 몰려드는 과실 및 오크통의 풍미가 사람을 아찔하게 만드는 매력이 있다. 아직 숙성이 되기에는 몇년이 더 남았다는듯 전반적으로 붉은 자줏빛을 띄고 있고 농도는 짙은듯 짙지않다. 한모금 들이키는 순간 예전 Bishop을 마셨을때와 같은 바디감이 확 치고 들어오며 그 이후에 느껴지는것은 가득차는 포도와 자두의 향과 맛의 조화다. 달달한 듯한것은 마신뒤 올라오는 과실향이며 실제로는 드라이한 편이다. 타닌감은 산미와 어울려 조화롭게 마무리되는 기분좋은 와인이다.
