What a spot to see in 2019! We’re currently staying at lebua Hotels and Resorts in #Bangkok (yes the hotel from #Hangover2) which was the perfect place to ring in the new year and experience the BKK fireworks.
This bottle of Champagne Duval-Leroy was the last bottle of #champagne on the shelf at the supermarket up the road and it went down a treat!
It’s a Premier Cru #Rosé made from #Chardonnay & #PinotNoir grapes. The skin contact with the Pinot grapes gives it a pretty peachy shade in the glass. While admiring its beauty and those fine bubbles I pick up scents of French toast, fresh berries and a hint of anise and spice. In the mouth it smooth and curvaceous with plums and navel orange standing out for me. Yum!
I also have to mention that I loved the thin neck on this bottle 😁
All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #tcweekdaywine

Sep 19th, 2023Wow. Beautiful salmon color. Great aromas of strawberry coupled with bright acidity and a bone-dry (but lingering) finish. A great starter before heading over to Tru!
