pale lemon in color, beautiful medium intensity nose. lemon zest, apple, mineral, wet stone. palate is bone dry, high acid, medium body. ultra lemon-y and quite austere, great mineral backbone, gorgeous long lingering finish. concluded “very good”

Just my favourite type of chablis, and the price is right! Great texture, lemon peel, saline, decent concentration.

Really fresh apples, a little pear w light floral tones on the nose. Green apples, lemon/lime and saline on the palate. Pretty, fresh, feminine.
