Eric Pfifferling (Domaine de l'Anglore)
L'Anglore Les Traverses Grenache
Prunes, plums and spice - all blended into a great sip that is just mesmerizing. There is a “heat” that kind of simmers on your palate that leads you think of the warmer climate and of stones baking in the sun, rather than the alcohol content (if that makes sense). Paired amazingly with Parma ham and steak tartare.

May 25th, 2018The classiest most complex slut I've been with in a while. So much candy and perfume coming off the manifold with depth, detail, minerality...so hedonistically satisfying I don't even care where this came from. The hype is real. Wish I had a case of this.
