Santa Barbara County Chardonnay

Say what you will about Fess Parker, but this wine punches above its weight given the lakes of sub par Chard pumped out of California.

Nice balance. Not over the top. Good acidity and length.

Superb with a Jimmy John’s #9 Unwich

The tasting notes on the label say it well. “Flavors of ripe apple, butter, lemon, and melon are perfectly balanced with light toasty oak on the palate.” Very satisfying.
