Boring label. Color is lovely. Hint of rust under the rosy red. Smells like a fruit basket, fresh cut lumber and cherry cola. Flavors are very new world Pinot. Rich, fruit driven, slightly zingy. Has a hint of barnyard. It’s a nice South Coast Noir. Pleasing and aged well.

Cherry coke, black tea, tobacco, and spices with great minerality and a persistent, fresh finish. It’s a nice template for Sta Rita Hills, with great fruit that’s not overly extracted and great finesse.
