François Cazin (Le Petit Chambord)
Cuvée Renaissance Vendanges Manuelles Cour-Cheverny Romorantin
The wine is clear, medium plus intensity, light gold color. On the nose, clear, medium intensity, developed for a bit, grape fruit, ripped apple pie, pear, with hints of pineapple, nuttiness, almond. On the palate, medium acidity but long last finish, medium alcohol, with a hint of spice/bitterness but well balanced, medium body, great quality producer!

Mar 1st, 2016Not at all what I was expecting. Off dry, ripe fruits, not a hint of the oxidative or funky qualities I was anticipating. Almost Demi-sec vouvray-like
