François Cazin (Le Petit Chambord)
Le Petit Chambord Vendanges Manuelles Cour-Cheverny AOC Romorantin
Dense and concentrated honeyed aromas on the nose. Citrus and steely structure on the palate. Round and structured body. Great balanced acidity. Lingering off dry finish

Mar 13th, 2015Pale lemon
Clean, white floral, wet rock, almonds, golden straw.
Youthful & developing.
Dry, medium+ acid, medium- alc (12.5%), medium- body
medium white floral, almonds with skin, under-ripe nectarine on warm gray rocks, hints of lemon & pineapple (long into finish) with honey even further into finish.
Long finish
Very good, drink now and suitable for aging about 4 years more.
I like this way better than Chardonnay. Would love to see this with some age, having let the nut, honey, and pineapple flavors develop.

Crisp and refreshing in its youth. Honey, complexity and a whole lot of minerality.
