Vintage 2009 - beautiful roses in smell, good balance

Bright ruby color, very light rrd on the hue. Fantastic elegant red cherry(bit concentrated but also delicious red elegant side) tons of fresh rose pedal, white pepper, tomato paste on the nose. Med b. Med p acid. Med p intensity, delicate smooth texture, moderate tannin, long finish of mineral structure and hint of fruit- more.mineral driven finish. This is perfectly ready to drink. Drunk with caprione, risotto with snail and black garlic, lamb. Wow. @dafrancesco 14.5 abv
