Bright cherry, plum, lavender on the nose. Beautifully fresh and clear. Really impressive. Some tangy fruit. Really pure and long in the finish. Great stuff

Got 90% of the cork extracted before it broke because the last part stuck to the inside of the neck. Ended up decanting about 3 hours ago (through cheesecloth), but OMG, simply soaring dark fruits, floral, and lovely road tar as well, this is still somewhat primary fruit wise, but tannins and structure are now soft, supple and broad in its flavors, very long, lingering finish, great Cru Barbaresco!!!

Sep 13th, 2025This seemed mature and completely ready to drink when poured, but lovely floral aromatics and delicacy in this 40-year-old Nebbiolo, long finish, just beautiful!! Original price tag of $18.29 was still on the bottle, I have more so we’ll see how the next bottle shows!
