The 2009 is definitely improving with age. The tangy and tart notes are blending better and drifting toward a Bordeaux style. I’ll be curious to see what this vintage does with five more years in the bottle.

Sep 16th, 2018Tangy and tart. This is a bright and light bodied cab with a medium acid finish. Not much tannin and low alcohol. It is quite drinkable, just don't expect your typical CA cab. It matched well with lamb.

May 17th, 2017A light, tangy cab with not much but acid in the finish. Cranberry, leather, and white pepper start, followed by tart and smokey cranberry, but it falls off quick at midpoint. Stemmy aftertaste.
