On the elegant, Barbaresco side more than a broad Barolo. Damp soil, brambles, dried cherries, eucalyptus, touch of baking spice, ferrous tannins, bright acids. Not sure where it’s from – Flatiron? Anniversary dinner with a ribeye. 01/07/22
