Yarden Galilee Cabernet Sauvignon

Started very nice with some pepperish notes. Dissipated in a half an hour.

Black fruit, and some sweetness

Lovely Cab from Israel. Full bodied, black fruit, balanced oak. Elegant.

Delicious, full, not too sweet but I wouldn’t say dry at all. Such a surprise from this region and I think I paid 130 shekels at the Yarden winery for it. Side note- the winery is very nice and they sell all types of single varietals not seen anywhere else at least not that I’ve found here in Israel.

Dark fruits for days. Licorice and dark tannins. Softens just a bit when it opens up. So good. 2019 vintage. Thanksgiving 2022.
