Pale lemon color with aromas of ripe fruits, citrus, toasty vanilla oak and floral spice notes, no MLF. On the palate flavors of apple, peaches, mango and lemon/lime citrus, well balanced with acidity on a nice creamy mouthfeel. Long finish ending with spicy vanilla oak, mineral and citrus notes, will continue to age. A big Chardonnay.

This is special. Bold, ripe and textured. Nose presents white fruits, green apples, nutmeg and a spring day. Dry-ish finish on the mid palate which is laser focused.

Popped this on NYE to ring in a fresh era of groundbreaking chards and was taken aback by the sticky toffee pudding palate. The Grgich was hot on the nose with a butterscotch caramel finish that would pair nicely with a Gouda or a lobotomy. If butterscotch is your jam you will love this, though personally I find this wine to be a velour hoodie compared to the waxed canvas jacket of Oregon chards (e.g., Kelly Fox, Durant). Do with this info what you will. 🤷🏻‍♀️
