A blend of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon and aged for 23 months in French oak, deep Ruby color with aromas of dark ripe fruit with sweet herbs, floral and complex spices. On the palate flavors of ripe plum, blackberry and currants, licorice, cinnamon spice, sweet oak, vanilla and cacao. Well integrated with fine soft tannins, the wine is complex yet enjoyable now and will continue to age. Long finish ending with savory oak, tobacco and slight earthy vanilla spice. Very Nice!

This full bodied Cabernet has a deep garnet color with aromas of cherry, plum, unsweetened cocoa followed by floral notes of carnation. On the palette, dark cherry, baked plum, ripe berries, and pepper. The tannins give it a full mouth that gently tapers to a soft finish. Pairs well with Julia Child’s bacon and cheese quiche and chocolate ganache Whoopie pies!
