Jun 2nd, 2019Very concentrated plum initially with well integrated fine oak and some aromatics from the yeast. Great tannic structure which grips the palate but isn’t astrigent and good acidity to balance. Finishes with some nice tobacco notes after you let it open up for a while. Very good potential for aging on this over the next 7-10 years.
