Little tight - could use another 5 years — 7 months ago
My last one of this vineyard and vintage and although my preference is to have 10 years from vintage for these, I couldn’t resist. Really nice dark berries and cherries are complemented by aromas of leather and aromatic wood. Bold tannins but smooth on the mid-palate and finish. — a month ago

New world Syrah is just so different from the Rhône. Deeper, darker, denser, though still mid weight and gentle. Much lighter smoke characteristics, more cassis, plum, dark berries. Some green bell pepper too. Smooth, very mild hint of the oak. Integrated soft tannins. Nice long finish. — 2 months ago
Refreshing, light pop, lemon zest — 7 months ago
Golden hay color. Citrus, peach, vanilla. On the palate-hints of oak, buttery, nutty. Balanced, not overtly rich. Medium acidity.
