The interesting component of their process with this Chard is that they move the wine back into stainless steel after aging it in new and neutral French Oak.

Just a touch of gold in the straw color. Creamy and apples in the nose. Nice acidity with delicate balanced fruit. Long fruit finish with lingering acidity. Very nice wine elegant and not overstated. Yum! 2009 vintage.

Same Hyde grapes as Kistler and yesterday's Ramey. 2008 had nice acidic balance to the fullness. Also developed a creaminess which is beautiful.
