Colli Orientali del Friuli Verduzzo

You can see why they make sweet wine from Verduzzo. I think this is the first dry example I've had.

White grapefruit on the nose. Slight bubble on the tongue, sharp, but perfectly sweet. Naughty yet silly.

Nice bubbly acid on the tongue. Quaffed with a bow tie pasta with light lemon cream and arugula. Acid cuts nicely through the sauce. Stay young and drink young. Cheers Amy
