Clear pale yellow with light liveliness. Interesting nose with notes of bananas, white floral notes, citrus fruits and a touch of yeast. Medium acidity (6.5/10) and light bodied. Lemon zest on the palate with granny smith apples and gravel notes. Dry and medium bodied. Drink till 2020.

Dosage for this was in 2016.

Classic champagne. Beautiful and delicate. Fresh stone fruit and a hint of toastiness. Great mouth feel.
