Alive. Balanced acidity. Rich oxidation. Historic delight — 2 years ago
Fresh, intense, almost zingy lemon contrasts with minerals and earth, it’s a nice range of terroir to complement the zesty fruit. Additional interest comes from the lemon rind and bergamot notes. Paired beautifully with sushi. It plays with refinement vs exemplifying it, but in a way we found delightful for the occasion. — 4 months ago

2nd bottle not as good as the first one. More muted overall. Still a nice wine. — 2 years ago
Excellent, and not just because it was like $40 CAD. — 6 months ago

This is the Chanson/Bastion G-C…decanted 90 mins….lovely Burgh, very refined/subdued, but lacks depth to me, turned a bit sour late. Maybe a bit more earth than I like? Really lingering over it. J loves it — 3 years ago

[50% Pinot Meunier, 25% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay] This shows lovely tight mousse, some green apple from the Chardonnay, longish finish, very nice 1er Cru!! — 16 days ago
