A solid NV. I prefer the precision of the Preference cuvée but the richness and overt quality of this make for a delightful drink. Ripe asian pear, sweet citrus, honeyed oats, a hint of mineral edge.

I've been lusting after this one on the Bi-Rite shelf for a while but I didn't have a good enough excuse to spring for it--one came today and all I can say is teensy weensy bead and all the good creamy briochey things on the palate.
