This is 100% Syrah, completely destemmed, and aged for 18 months in French oak (25% new). Aromas of juicy black berry fruit, floral and a jolt of pepper spice. On the palate blackberry and blueberry flavors, fresh with jammy notes, cacao and pepper spice. Fine dusty tannins, a bit drying, medium length ending with savory spice. Very nice! Tasting Sample!
