Deep ruby/purple color. Aromas and flavors of cooked black(a bit jammy) and blue berry fruit with notes of baking spices, maple syrup and vanilla. The vanilla is very noticeable on the finish. Velvety tannins and reasonable acidity. Slightly lighter in body than I was expecting.
