A good cherry fruit bomb with a bit of stemmy, spicy notes.

Jul 18th, 2020Can’t be sure if this was just corked or it’s the taste - but…just no. Starts on the nose the same way it did on the palette. Promising at first, but a twist at the end that just turned the whole experience off: like a sour lemon dipped in gasoline. Sadness.

Jul 2nd, 2021Dark color. Smells like jellies and lumbers. Flavors are very syrupy and mouth filling. Almost no acids. Smooth as silk. Not very subtle. This is CA Grenache thru and thru. And not very impressive at that. It will appeal to the ripe and rich new world drinkers.
