Disappointed to see a plastic cork when I removed the capsule. This was still in pretty good shape, however, but needed more acid and came off fairly sweet for a Kabinett. Did improve a bit on day two.

On the nose: peach, lime flower, a suggestion of petrol, this has such a wonderful nose, but then on the palate, it steps up a notch: fantastic acidity, great salinity, lime, herbs, so sweet and savory at the same time. And 8% abv...this is disappearing too fast. Glad I have one more.
