Classic Mosel Kabinett - just a hint off-dry, 8% abv and wonderful slate and stone-tinged lime, honeysuckle and linden blossom. A fair amount of petrol on the nose. Crisp acidity and elegant with food. Long finish and very clean. Just a lovely wine

Perfect on a day like this. Apple, slate, mineral, fresh, acid, lively, complex. Really a classic Kabinett.

This is an absolutely fantastic Riesling! Basically a fruit cornucopia. (Apple, lime, pineapple, apricot)
Flowers on the nose with lots of minerality. Balanced acidity. Brilliant!

Found this in 375 ml the other day and could not wait to build a German meal around it. It's light-bodied, but floral and lightly mineral and ultimately delicious. Yum!
