Oct 1st, 2021Delicate and poised with huge heft lurking underneath. Lime and minerals and exceptional balance. The sweetness is softening and there’s a pronounced and spritz acidity. Very complete and whole and balanced. Great. Years ahead.

Cork was soaked. No sign of premature oxidation though this split seemed off/tired. A lack of intensity in the aromatics led itself to the same on the palate. The vibrancy just wasn’t there. Still enjoyable.
