Really can't beat a great Chablis! Fresh and vibrant, full of lemon curd, green pear, toasted almond and fresh, clean smelling florals. You can pick up the chalk and limestone on the nose, as well as an eager acidity. Palate is young and exuberant, juicy lemon and gunflint with interwoven acid and minerality.

Very clean, & mineral driven. Shows it's sense of place quite well. Features young, & not yet blooming white flowers, Bosc pear, and lemon. Palate shows poise, and the acid is present but gentle. Fruit is fresh, and entirely lemon, & pear.

Chalky earth, crushed shells, and Granny Smith Apple dominate on nose and palate. So much earthiness, as its just dominated by chalk and oyster shells. Acid is abiding and rounds it out very nicely. This is quite enjoyable for the price.

Chalky goodness, oyster shells, slaty brine, sour green apple and toasted almond. This chablis draws you in and teases you with a full body and marksmanship acidity. Showing a strong backbone, it produces a long finish and envelopes as it goes.
