Feb 25th, 2022This was a good “plot mover” Cabernet Sauvignon. I felt it didn’t take anything away from the tasting arc we were on, but didn’t add much of its own opinion either. It was accessible, and tasted nice with hints of white pepper, cola and a hint of cherry.

Deep dense full. A lot of oak up front, maybe overly toasted oak. Simple drinking.
