This was youthful but very well made and ready to go now. Paired perfectly with Waygu strip, Filet mignon and Clippers corn hole. Cassis, vanilla, cedar....clean and rich, fine grain tannins and silky texture with some great length. Plus, I love the scales of justice on the bottle. It's on my desk and it's making me thirsty.

2 people found it helpfulDec 10th, 2016Checking out the -12 Georges III from my Santa Pack. Killer nose of bramble, spice, dirt and menthol. Oak and tannins are more integrated than the -11 in my view. Very smooth already. Dark fruited palate with chocolate and vanilla. Sweeter finish like the -11. This is serious shit @Palmer Emmitt ! #@Martin G Rivard is the man

The tannins are noticeable but pleasant and enjoyable.
