Grass, coriander, and wet stone - an interesting nose to say the least.
Heavier bodied, blackberry bramble, welches grape juice, white pepper, light tannins and chomping at the oak stave acidity.

May 19th, 2020With global warming, this GSM is much more attractive than 90% of the Southern Rhône blends it’s patterned after. Nose has lots of kirschy Grenache fruit, loads of smoky ground stone minerality, and roasted green herbs. Trim yet mouthfilling, the palate is dry, not jammy at all, yet with nicely ripe fruit and tons of savory notes accompanied by zingy acids. Great dinner pal.

May 17th, 2020Straightforward, but delicious. Dark red fruits, no real oak, lightest tanins, barely sweet, very pleasant if linear sip.
