aromas of animal fur, static, ripe blackberries, wood, candied plums, sweet black cherries, forest floor, faint barnyard... palate shows rich and syrupy sweet blackberries balanced by wood and earth- very airy clean finish. good value.

I enjoyed this wine! Definitely drank way above another "critically acclaimed" Washington Cabernet also from Red Mountain. Black and blue fruit, mocha, cinnamon and a touch of pencil lead. Balanced.
