Gran Selezione for $18 at Costco. Had to buy a bottle to try at this price. Drank well above the price point. Actually produced by Basilica Cafaggio. Red fruit, black fruit, earthy, med tannins, good acidity. Went back to get a half case. Of course, all gone.

Give this one some time to open up. Wild cherry + dried cherries, touch of dried herbs on the nose. Medium plus body, juicy acidity and grippy tannins cruising out on a long finish. Lovely #chianticlassico #granselezione for under $20. #costcowines
