Russian River Valley Pinot Noir

Took a long while to open up and show itself, and was not great right off. But couple hours of air and here we are! Ripe strawberry party on the front, but then prunes and dates on a long finish. (A little olive or briny undertone for me on this bottle. Don’t see others saying that) Big and lush and indulgent. #staycation

Plush, juicy blue and purple berries, rhubarb, well integrated oak, totally seamless, no hard edges. Not my preferred style but definitely well made

Cherry and acidity kicking in nicely..Didnt think it would age well but really enjoyed

Very ripe strawberries, subtle earth tones, great body…. Drinking very well!!!

Yes

The flattest KB I’ve experienced. While some cherry, blackberry, and dark soda notes were preset with acidity, there was a real lack of mid-palate and finish for me.

One of the better pinots I have had. Full bodied and enough fruit to have a nice aroma and a smooth finish.
