Vintage 2021 | This cuvée impressed me deeply: refinement and elegance, touches of vanilla and butter. Much better than eg mediocre Meursault. Lovely. Thought it was my first time but delectable shows me it is the third (139 and 501 weeks ago). Tonight it stuck me most. Must put some in the cellar.

Pea shoot and young coconut opening into subtle yellow apple and plum and hay, with a delicate sweetness. Wow, great concentration, lots of energy, lime and kiwi bubblegum plus phenolic complexity and good mineral searing the palate. A bit astringent and built for long haul. Not quite ready. Some oak, some so2 showing.
