Pale gold and shiny in the glass.
Aromas of oyster shells and saline.
(It’s Kimmeridgian soil…..go figure)
Flavours of crisp, tart apples, white stone fruit and minerals.
Lively acidity with a long finish.
Great wine to have with BBQ’d halibut or roasted Sablefish.
