We had it over a raclette (with Morbier, which is arguably the best raclette cheese there is).
Nice nose of lemon, hay, a bit of bread too. The palate is well made, quite wide and easy going. There is some acid drive, yes, but it's balanced by a nice lemon curd note, and a soft mouthfeel. It's dry, neat, easy going and quite long in the end, with some subtle bitter touches in the end. Good pairing and good wine for a great family experience.
