Now there’s the Harbour Bridge in the background. Bottle #2 and was also immediately decanted though I don’t believe it necessary. There’s definitely terroir here with a spiciness not seen in Cali Cabernet. Pop and pour delicious nonetheless. Day 1 Down Under in the books! Cheers! 🍷
