Big Cru Beujolais. Tart red fruit, crisp acidity, tannic and not showing much carbonic flavors. Very Burgundy like.

Deep, red color. Pepper and dark berries on the nose. Distinct taste with tannins, acids, some lime and a long dry finish.

Opened up well after a few hours. Better after 6. Taste of a little peat and wet stone. Enjoyable and hopefully will be interesting in a year.
