I drank this wine to compare with yesterday’s Pride Merlot. I am fans of both wineries and have visited both a few times. Unfortunately the L’Ecole isn’t in the same league as the Pride. It’s less costly and it shows. Sorry.

Love this silky, fruit forward, but with some tannin and pepper merlot. I find this to be a great value when discounted a bit. It also worked perfectly in a wassail. Cheers!
