Seems to have already peaked and is on the back half of its life. Drank on 1/24/18.

Big fruit. Jammy style. I love James Berry fruit in general and this is a really ripe styled expression. High octane and full throttled Paso. If that is in your wheelhouse you will love this.

After we had the arbor roberts' griffi's lair, the friendly somm at Bowery meat co recommended this red. Always great to have wine from Justin Smith's vineyard and this is made by someone who worked with him at Saxum. Rich, dense, plush, and the complexity and acidity I associate with this vineyard.

Super dense and intense tight tannins. Dried dark fruit, a touch of VA, and a hint of pepper. This wine still needs to age in the bottle and should get much better with time. I would not open one up for at least six more months. Drank on 4/28/16
