Sucked as much as my picture. How does a 17’ under screw cap manage to taste like petrol and new oak. How horrendous must storage and transport have been to achieve this. Sigh.

Medium lemon with aromas of stone fruits, spice, floral and citrus from a cool vintage. On the palate flavors of apple, pear & apricot with some lemon citrus zest, honeysuckle and nutty notes. Smooth, long finish, well balanced with lively acidity, ending with fruit, integrated and wet stone mineral character. Nice!

Wow. I’m speechless. Comes charging out of the gates and doesn't let up. Melange of tropical fruit as well as cool climate fruit on the nose, exotic yet essential. Palate is so poised, beautifully balanced, with an amazing line of acid. Oak is elegantly woven through.
Precise sweetness and tartness drill into your palate. Remarkable juice!

Shimmering straw-yellow. Vibrant, mineral-accented aromas of white peach, pear, honeydew melon and Meyer lemon, along with a bright floral overtone. Juicy and densely packed, conveying a suave blend of richness and vivacity to the mineral-drenched citrus and orchard fruit and floral flavors. Takes on smoky lees, sweet butter and iodine notes with air and shows superb clarity on the strikingly long finish, which echoes the mineral and floral notes. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, July 2021)

Wonderfully complex, showing new aromas every time you put your nose in it. Unripe banana, Asian pear, peaches, grapefruit, Meyer lemon, fresh-cut pineapple, cream, vanilla, caramel, sea spray, cardamom, and cinnamon. Lovely finish. Less funky than the Suckfizzle.

I opened the bottle and had a taste right away and it tasted weird. But after letting it breath for a while it was great.
