Super enjoyable wine and was easy to pick out as a Pauillac. Very drinkable if lacking somewhat in depth and complexity. Would buy again but found it a bit pricy for what it is. Made me think that I need to try the Baron again in the not too distant future.
Matched with Iberico roast beef and bone marrow butter

2016 vintage. Not too shabby for a B-side. Plenty of stuffing, mouthfeel and structure to satisfy and more.

Good flavors but perhaps should have decantered as it opened up while drinking. Flavors of blackberries and tobacco. A long, full finish with a medium body. The tannins are soft. .
