Fine bubbles with a frothy mousse. Aromas of fresh stone fruits with gentle toasty notes. On the palate ripe tart green apple and Asian pear with underlying sweetness, but a dry style. The finish has plenty of acidity, good balance and structure ending medium+ in length. Nice value. Tasting Sample.
