Tremendous stonefruit presence, like biting into a fresh nectarine. Apple overtones. Fleshy but with good cut. Then subsiding with a salty, limey finish. Richer, deeper, denser than 2008. Can't wait to see how this ages.

Full bubble and elegant froth like a 4 star hotel bubble bath. Great lime long finish. Young and delicious. 100 percent grand cru.

Apple blossom and apple tart on nose; on palate, tropical fruit, stone fruit with wet chalk. Great structure, will age beautifully.

Had this at the McNulty 50th birthday party. It was the absolute best champagne we ever had. This was in August 2017 and the bottle retailed for about $90.

Ripe apple, peach, lemon, light citrus fruits and scent of white flower. This reminds me a lot of the Billecart-Salmon BdB Grand Cru in terms of aroma and taste. The fruits seemed to be fresher and the acidity more vivid here. Rich and complex but showcasing its youthful side. Tremendous. Love a great BdB!

Over the top unfortunaly. The nose smells are still available but in the mouth the wine disappears almost immediately.

The MIL is back from VT so we are back to drinking Champagne. This is good, but a bit disappointing in the price range. Crisp and refreshing, but not very sophisticated.

Seriously compelling blanc de blancs with intense aromas (they don't all have intense aromas!) of pear, white peach, green apple, spice, and a touch of cream and nuts. Lightning acid on the palate, with a touch of phenolic bitterness. Discernibly similar to a bottle I had from the 90s many months back. I think my favorite young blanc de blancs to date, loving roederers style.
