Full body but light on the palate. Shiny new with a slight chalky spice in the back palate. Front palate is a sour plum skin. Let it breathe. Not expecting this from Long Island. Already planning a day trip.

Feb 21st, 2017Rated based on quality in this price range. Really impressed and one of my favorite wines around $30. Bought on a recent trip to the winery and I am impressed. Didn't expect this out of Long Island.

Jun 10th, 2017So they're making good red wine in strong island apparently. 2010 vintage. Great fruit, lacking a little body. Would be better in a year

Apr 2nd, 2017Delicious red blend but not worth the 50% premium over the Macari Sette and not as interesting. Lots of better $30 wines but still an enjoyable bottle and worth it to pay up a bit to support New York.
