Always a treat, charming sour cherry fruit and earthy at the same time, with tobacco, wet earth and stones. Moderately pronounced, slightly raspy tannins, well integrated subtle oak, and a long length.

Late at night the ever surprising hospitality of the wonderful inhabitants of Abruzzo lets me enjoy this glass in a wonderful corner of the city. Is that the reason why this glass feels so right? It's full and complex,yet lean with a good nerve. It's everything I needed right now,while I'm writing this and the proprietor is going out of the way to make me and my friend the happiest people on earth.

Nice pepper nose, but taste is poor. Not worth buying. Flavorless and without character.

My bottle was likely cooked.

Rich fruit, herbs, tobacco, cedar, wet stone and spices stand out. Big and tasty.

Excellent, medium body, slightly tart...maybe cherry but not sweet at all. Excellent finish. Enjoying this wine with crepes and salad. Definitely will buy again
